we have our classics, then a seasonal menu of sweet and savoury buns that changes throughout the year. it gives us room to keep creating, bring in new flavours and give you something new to come back for.
if it was part of a seasonal menu, it’s probably finished for now. favourites do have a habit of making a comeback though, so keep an eye on our socials or sign up to our newsletter to see what’s coming next.
we bake fresh throughout the day and try to make the right amount for each bakery. sometimes that means a favourite sells out, so if you’ve got your heart set on something, coming a little earlier is your best bet.

freshness is very important to us, so our buns have a 4 or 8-hour shelf life depending on their ingredients. once they reach that point, they’re taken off sale so we’re only serving buns we’re happy with.
we carefully plan our bakes throughout the day to keep leftovers as low as possible. when we do have buns left, many are given a second life through our waste-less range, while others can be taken home by our team.
we’re always looking for ways to make better use of what we have, from carefully planning our bakes to finding new uses for ingredients and leftover buns. our waste-less range is one example, turning something that might otherwise go unused into something completely new.
we’d love to. we’ve explored working with charities, but the short shelf life of our buns, alongside allergen and labelling requirements, makes it more complicated than we’d like. it’s something we’re continuing to work on while finding other ways to keep waste as low as possible.

if something’s gone wrong, we’ll always look into it properly and work out the right way to put it right. where compensation is appropriate, this will usually be offered as a buns from home gift card, with each case reviewed individually.
