each weekend, we make a one-off bun, available from friday to sunday. it goes up here and on the counters of all our bakeries every friday morning.
coffee?
we choose our coffee with the same intention as our ingredients, so the cup matches the bun. that’s why we serve allpress speciality coffee in all our bakeries - originally from new zealand but roasted right here in london.
